Step-by-step: How to add a new bookable court

Add a New Sport to the Venue
To add a new sport in MATCHi, follow these steps: 

Go to Administration > The venue > Sport 

Here you’ll see a list of all available sports.
If you’re looking for a sport that isn’t listed please contact our support team

Once the sport is created, you need to add a bookable court.

Create court
Once the sport is created, you need to add a bookable court.

Steps:
- Go to Administration > Court Management > Courts
- Click Add in the black bar
- Enter name, description, and online visibility if applicable
- Select if the court is indoor or outdoor, surface type, sport, and access
- Click Save

Open the Court in the Schedule Using an Exception
To make the new court available for booking, you need to create an exception in the current season:
- Go to Administration > Seasons
- Click on the current season
- Scroll to Deviations and click Create Deviation
- Name the Deviation, set dates and times, and choose which courts and days it applies to
- Set booking duration and time between bookings if needed
- Choose to Open the time slots
- Click Next Step and complete the process

Create a Price List for the New Sport
Each sport requires its own price list:

- Go to Administration  > Pricelists
- Click Add Price List in the black bar
- Choose the sport, start date, name, and whether the price list applies to subscriptions or drop-in bookings
- Click Save

To add and adjust prices in the new price list:
- Go to Price Lists, select the list > Choose Action > Copy
- Rename it and enter a new start date
- Go to the Upcoming tab, open the price list
- Add prices per category and click Save Prices
The prices will apply from the start date you have selected.
