Tripletex is a Norwegian platform for managing finances and business processes digitally, aimed at streamlining and automating the company's daily operations.
We now offer an integration between Tripletex and MATCHi at a cost.
Fee:
- Onboarding fee 5000 NOK
- Invoice fee 49 NOK by invoice (as venue, you can choose to cover this cost yourselves or charge the players)
Integration features:
- Syncs articles from Tripletex into MATCHi
- Syncs invoice customers from MATCHi to Tripletex
- Syncs invoices and invoice statuses two ways between MATCHi and Tripletex
Onboarding process:
1. If you as venue are interested of the Tripletex integration, contact MATCHi, we will then get the correct setup for integration on MATCHi side. You will then also get the API key.
2. The venue follows technical instructions from venuelink.mollyware.net to setup Tripletex correctly
3. The venue visits https://venuelink.mollyware.net/ and performs the onboarding steps
4. The venue does updates on player invoice fees settings if needed:

- If pass along "Activate the feature for Invoicing fee" on the Green admin -> Venue -> Settings
- Setup so that all articles carry a fee
