Split payments now work according to your pricing logic:
Based on your feedback, we've recently updated the split payment process for venues not using the Multiple Players Price (MPP) functionality. With this change, players will now receive the same price regardless if thet select "pay your part" or "pay entire booking".
Example to illustrate the changes:
1. Current process: The discount is only applied to the bookers part.
Let's pretend that the original price to book a court at your venue is 4 EUR. In addition, let's say you have a rule that players with membership type A should only pay 2 EUR per booking. if the member books the court, their discount is applied only to their portion of the booking:
* Member 2/4 = 0,5 EUR
* Player 2 (non-member): 4/4 = 1 EUR
* Player 3 (non-member): 4/4 = 1 EUR
* Player 4 (non-member): 4/4 = 1 EUR
Total price for the booking: 3,5 EUR (0,50 + 1 + 1 + 1)
2. New process (effective from 14th of October): The discount is applied to the value of the entire booking.
Now, if the member books the court, their discount applies to the entire booking, regardless of the co-players added. The total price of the booking will be 2 EUR, split equally among the four players:
* Each player pays: 0,5 EUR (2 EUR / 4 players)
