How do we start the integration?

Contact MATCHi to activate the integration. You also need an agreement with IdrottOnline before it can begin.

How often is data synchronised?

MATCHi synchronises data to IdrottOnline every night. There may be a delay on the IdrottOnline side as they receive large amounts of data.

Members are missing in IdrottOnline

Check that the members have the correct personal number and membership in MATCHi. The synchronisation requires valid member data to match correctly.

Activity participation is not showing

Make sure the activity has the correct sport type set and that participants are properly registered.
