Course applications

  • Updated

When someone applies for a course, they can be found under "Training planner" > "Waiting list". To add the applicants as participants you must accept their application.

Accept applications

  1. Mark the applicants you want to accept, you can for example sort them according to application date and choose those who applied first
  2. Click "Choose action" > "Accept applications"
  3. On the next page you can adjust what course they should be accepted to or just keep the one they applied for
  4. Click "Next" and confirm that these applications should be accepted
  5. The customer will disappear from the "Waiting list" and has been moved to the tab "Accepted/declined" with status "Accepted"
  6. The customer is now also added as a course participant with "Reserved" status. The status will be changed to "Active" as soon as you have planned the customer into a course

Decline applications

  1. Mark the applications you want to decline
  2. Click "Choose action" > "Decline applications"
