How do I change my logo?
Send the logo to MATCHi support. The logo needs to be square, preferably 350×350 pixels.
How do I set up a new season for next year?

Why doesn’t the player see their offers or memberships?
Make sure the player is logged in to the correct account. Check your customer register to see if the profile has a Green M, which indicates it is connected to a MATCHi account.
A player is not getting emails from our venue
The player may have unsubscribed from emails. Check with MATCHi support if you need to investigate further.
