How do I change my logo?
Send the logo to MATCHI support team and they will help you change logo. The logo needs to be square for it to be suitable. Preferably 350x350 pixels.

Why doesn't the player see their offers/memberships?
Make sure the player is logged in on the correct account. Also check in your customer register that the profile has Green M to be able to see if it is connected to an account.

I have a player that do not getting any emails from our venue?
It could be that the player has chosen to unsubscribe for emails from MATCHi. Contact MATCHi support with the players email and we will assist with unblocking this.
