End date:
On the end date, you adjust the last opportunity for players to report their results.
If you have a player who cannot report a result, it may be because the end date has passed.
Groups:
These are groups you currently have in an ongoing round and the players who are currently playing in each group.
On this page you can delete a team and replace it with another.
1. Add the new team to the list of teams, see here
2. Go under Current round/Groups
3. Click on Players in the group they play in
4. Delete the team to be removed (or moved to another division)
5. Add the team to be included
Adding a new team to an already started round:
1. Add the new team to the list of teams, see here
2. Go to Current round/Groups/Change
3. Change the size so there is one more place. Save
4. Then click on Current round/Groups/Players/Delete
5. Add the new team to be entered. Save
6. Then add matches for the new team under Current round/add times
7. Enter the game times that the team should have, do not forget to block the same game times in MATCHi.

Upcoming times:
Here you can see all upcoming times that are posted. There are both extra times and regular match times here. The times that have no team on them are available as extra time. On the delete button to the far right of each time you have the opportunity to delete a game time.

Schedule:
Here you can see a schedule of the game times day by day
Add times:
Add game times or extra times. Here you can choose "Create from group game times" which means from the times found under settings and track times. Free entry is then a time you choose and enter yourself. When you have uploaded a time, ensure that it is also entered in MATCHi with your series game customer.
Left WO:
Here you can see which teams have left Walk Over.
Match log:
View matches passed, results reported, reminders sent and private game times entered.
Late releases:
See which team has released their time late. If a team has released their time too late, they have no possibility to book new extra times. So on this page you can also unblock the players so they can book extra time on their own again.
Delete a round:
If you have created a round and realize you have made a mistake, you have the option to delete the round and make your adjustments again in a new round. Avoid this as much as possible. As soon as you have activated your round, emails and information have been sent to the players. So if you delete a round, inform your players about the adjustments that have been made.
