Add extra times during a round

You can add extra times after a round has been created. Follow these steps if the extra times should be used in the current or upcoming rounds.

1. Book the times in MATCHi – always use the customer intended for league play and the booking type Competition.
2. Enter the times under BHS Admin > Settings > Schedules. Enter Extra time in the Group field.
3. Go to BHS Admin > Current round > Add times.
4. Enter the date range (first and last date of the extra times).
5. Click Create from group game times, click “none selected” and choose Select all (or select specific fixtures).
6. Click Generate times, change to 0 days, and delete any times that should not be bookable in Backhandsmash. If you remove times, also remove them from MATCHi.
7. Click Save.
