How do I start a new round?

Why are my times not released in MATCHi?
Settings -> connection to booking system
OK = The time has been released in MATCHi
No booking found = There is no booking in MATCHi for this time.
Wrong owner of the time = There is a time booked in MATCHi but with the wrong customer. The times on MATCHi used in Backhandsmash must always be booked on the same customer.

How do I add extra times?
Current round -> add times -> select date -> free input -> select day of the week (can select several) -> select start time -> select course (can select several) -> generate times -> save
Please note that you also need to book times in MATCHi with your series game customer

How do I delete a team from a division when the round is already created?
Current round -> Groups -> Players -> Delete (the team you want to delete). Note that the team is no longer included, the matches remain and can be deleted under current round -> upcoming times - then delete all matches named "?"

How do I change a team to another division in a created round?
Current round -> Groups -> Players -> Delete. Delete both teams from the respective division. Then you go into the division where you want to add a player, press add and select the team that will be in the division you are in and repeat the same thing once more

How do I see what a player's membership number is in Backhandsmash?
Members -> list -> change -> at the top is the Backhandsmash membership number

How do I change the membership number of a player?
Members -> team -> search in the field of the player's name -> view -> delete the player
Members -> roster -> search in the field on the player's name -> delete
Members -> list -> add -> enter the membership number given to you by the customer in the field "Membership number or user name in Backhandsmash" -> search -> save the data.
Members -> team -> search in the field for the team the player was in -> view -> add -> select the player -> save

Why can't players report results?
Current round -> Round data - If the date has passed, no one can report their results anymore. Change date -> Save

How is the BHS invoiced?
BHS is invoiced monthly with a one-month delay. This means that each invoice covers the services and costs from the previous month.
For example: The November statement includes all BHS activities that were completed during October.

Where can I find my data for our invoices?
Home page-> history -> then click on details, this shows each specific batch data. This list can then be exported to excel. It contains information on the number of participants and matches per round.

How do I start a League with the Americano format?
It's essentially the same as a regular league, except: 
1. Choose Doubles as the type of group play. 
2. Import players as usual. 
3. After that, everything is normal (except that it's individual players and not pairs). 

Note that there are game templates for 5, 8, and 12 players per division. That's what we have, and it works well.
