Why are my times not released in MATCHi?
Go to Settings > Releases for MATCHi to check the status:
- OK = the time has been released in MATCHi.
- No booking found = there is no booking in MATCHi for this time.
- Wrong owner of the time = a booking exists but with the wrong customer. League times must be booked with the designated league play customer.
Can a player see times for a different league?
No. Players can only see times and matches for the league they are registered in.
