A team can have only one player, but also two or more. Put both players in a double team so that both players receive emails. In addition, both can help with the administration. Note that it is usually better/more correct to replace the whole team even if only one of the team is replaced.
Follow the following instructions to add a player to a team:
1. Go to Members/List
2. Add new if the player is not already there
3. Go to Members/Teams
4. Add, or replace the player to be replaced
