Managing players

If a player has problems with their account or login, check their status in BHS Admin > Members > List.

Player has not created a user account

  1. Click Change next to the player.
  2. Make sure the email address is correct. The registration email is sent automatically if the email address is changed.
  3. Under Login you can resend the registration link. If the link does not reach the player, copy and send from your own email client.
  4. Ask the player to check their spam folder.

Player has an account but does not see their matches

  1. Check which username the player uses in the league where it works. As admin you can see the username under Members > List > Login.
  2. Remove the player from the league where the account does not work: Members > Teams > View > Delete.
  3. Delete the player from the player list. If it is not possible to delete, change the name of the player: Members > List > Change.
  4. Add a new player using the correct username: Members > List > Add.
  5. Add the player to the team: Members > Teams > View > Add.
