Managing players
If a player has problems with their account or login, check their status in BHS Admin > Members > List.
Player has not created a user account
- Click Change next to the player.
- Make sure the email address is correct. The registration email is sent automatically if the email address is changed.
- Under Login you can resend the registration link. If the link does not reach the player, copy and send from your own email client.
- Ask the player to check their spam folder.
Player has an account but does not see their matches
- Check which username the player uses in the league where it works. As admin you can see the username under Members > List > Login.
- Remove the player from the league where the account does not work: Members > Teams > View > Delete.
- Delete the player from the player list. If it is not possible to delete, change the name of the player: Members > List > Change.
- Add a new player using the correct username: Members > List > Add.
- Add the player to the team: Members > Teams > View > Add.
