In case of problems with account, login etc. check in BHS Admin / Members / List.
The player has not created a user account:
Click on Change. Make sure the email address is correct. Note that the registration email will be sent automatically if the email address is changed.
Under Login you can send the registration link. If the link does not reach the customer, copy and send from your own mail client. Also ask the customer to check the spam, sometimes it can get stuck there.
The player has a user account but does not see their matches:
1. Check/ask which username the player has in the series game where it works. As admin you can see the username under Members / List / Login.
2. Remove the player from the series game where the user account you identified under point 1 does not work. Members / Teams / View / Delete
3. Then delete the player/user from the player list. Members / List / Change the name of the player if it is not possible to delete it.
4. Add a new player. Members / List / Add and use the username that the player has already given you.
5. Add the player to the team. Members / Teams / View / Add
