When you invoice, you start by creating invoice basis. The invoice basis are placed under the "invoice basis" tab and do not become invoices until you manually create invoices for them. This is so you can have the opportunity to include several different invoice basis on the same invoice, for example if a player needs to pay for both a membership and a course. Then it's convenient for both items to appear on one and the same invoice instead of the customer receiving two separate invoices.
Be careful to check that you have created all the invoice basis needed before invoicing. Once an invoice is created, it cannot be broken down into invoice basis again.
Create invoice from all created invoice basis
Go to administration > invoicing > the "invoice basis" tab. Select the basis that should be placed on invoices and choose "create invoice". You can select several different people's invoice basis and do everything in one sweep - the system will automatically ensure that the right person's invoice basis end up on the right invoices.
Create invoice from invoice basis for one customer
Go to customers and search for the customer. You can see the customer's invoice basis under "invoice items". Click on the plus sign in the box for "invoices" - the system will then retrieve all invoice basis that are on the customer and create an invoice for them.
