We have adopted some changes to our existing General Terms and Conditions and the attached Data Processing Agreement. The changes are made to reflect development of our service, practices and regulatory changes.The updated terms are already in effect for new customers and will come into effect for existing customers on June 1st, 2026. By continuing to use MATCHi, the revised terms will apply to you from this date. These updates could be summarized as follows:
- A list of definitions used has been added.
- If you use Padelboard or Backhandsmash, the terms that apply are now linked in the general terms which also regulate the API as well as our Widget.
- There is a new section regulating purchase of physical goods if you, for example, order hardware.
- We have inserted a possibility to index prices annually in accordance with changes in consumer price index as a precautionary measure.
- We have also added measures to encourage customers to adhere to the notice period to provide us with better foresight.
However, to get a full understanding of all changes, we recommend you read the terms linked above in their entirety. To create greater internal efficiencies and reduce cost our terms will only be available in English.
