In order to activate Requirements profiles you need to contact MATCHi support.
Creating a Requirements profile means selecting certain times, certain dates, certain courses, which should be available to a certain type of player. It can be a group or a membership. You then choose that this requirement profile should have priority to book these times.
Scenario 1:
I want a player who has the "Membership Monthly" membership to have priority to book Mon-Thurs 16.00-20:00 on the tennis court, and be released to other people 1 hour before if it is not booked.
1. Create the Requirements Profile:
Go to Administration - Requirement profiles - Add requirement profile.
Here you choose a name for the requirement profile - e.g. "Membership Monthly" - Active membership
When you have selected a membership as a requirement, you also need to select that it should be active (paid).
Require Group - It can be ignored, as there is only one membership to control.
Select groups - Here you choose which groups you want it to apply to (only membership in this case)
Require member type - Here you select the membership that can only book this.
After this, what should be included in this requirement profile has been selected. Then press Save.
2. Select which times this should apply:
- Go to Schedule - go to Monday (or when it is desired to start)
- Click Select multiple in the right corner
- Select 16.00-20.00
- Press More in the top right corner
- Press on Restrictions
- Select Add - Then a box appears - Here you select the Requirements profile that was made in step 1 above. Here you also choose when the time should be released to all other players, in this case it should be released 1 hour before start time so fill in 60 min here. You can also choose whether it should be recurring, e.g. every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between certain dates.
NOTE: Keep in mind that it is not possible to delete these settings in the Schedule in a smooth way, but you need to delete these day by day. So a tip is to check carefully that the settings are correct before you press Save.
Scenario 2:
I want only one group/membership type to be able to book, i.e. not to be released to the public at all.
1. Same as step 1 above ("Create the Requirements Profile")
2. Go to Administration - Court management - Courts. Go to the court that you want to be booked only. Select Access - "Only bookable for customers that match selected requirement profiles" and then select the one you created in step 1 and press Save.
You will see on the Schedule that the name of the court is highlighted in orange. Which indicates that there is a specific access. Now only people who have the membership or are part of the group can book at your venue.
