QT is an automated lighting and entry system that we at MATCHi use. This means that the control of access and light is completely automated and thus simpler and more reliable. You as a venue can also remotely control, open / lock / light / switch off via app - remotely. You also reduce electricity consumption if you do not already have lighting control.
In short, the function works like this:
- Each player/customer has their own code. Each player's code only works when they have a booking. The player who books a time for a code with the booking that works from x minutes before the booking to y minutes after the booking.
- The light turns on x minutes before the booking and turns off y minutes after the booking.
- The venue can combine with "tags" (for staff) if desired, or alternatively that each person who will have access gets their own personal code.
- The venue can control that the door is unlocked at certain times via MATCHi, e.g. when there is training.
- The venue can control the door and light via the app
- Everything is ordered via MATCHi
- The venue provides an electrician who connects the internet to the control unit and who connects the control box to electricity for lighting, as well as electricity for doors and code readers.
