Game times

Game times in MATCHi
Book the times in MATCHi. Always use the customer intended for league play, and use the booking type Competition.

Court times
The court times you should use are entered under Settings/Court times. It is easiest if you can run the same times every round, and perhaps only add new / remove times if the series grows / decreases in size.
Make sure that the number of court times is correct. Each division should have times, and there should be the right number per division. Indicate which fixtures each division should use in the first week of play (or all weeks). This is indicated by the Group on each fixture.
These should be rotated if each division/group should not play at the same time every week. Indicated with the checkbox Rotate.
Extra times are assigned to the group Extra time. These should not be rotated.

Number of times
If everyone is to play one match per week, one slot per two teams is needed each week. A division with 6 teams thus needs 3 slots per week. Note that it is possible to run fewer times per week, i.e. that the teams have less than one match per week. A round then takes more weeks to complete (note that a different game template must usually be used - please contact MATCHi if you need any assistance here).
