Live-chat/Chat bot:
Inside the help center, click the "Help" button in the bottom right corner. You can then either choose to interact with the bot to see if it can answer your question, or you can press "Get in touch" (pops up as an option after a second or two) in order to chat live with us. If we are online in the chat, you will have the opportunity to chat with us.
Our live chat is open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:00, and closed for lunch between 12:00-13:00 CET.

If your issue is of an urgent nature that prevents you from conducting your business, our emergency technical support is open
Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 21:00 CET.
Examples of emergencies could be issues regarding light or passage or other business crucial issues that needs to adressed immediately, such as not being able to make bookings.
Please note that this phone number is only to be used by venue admins connected to MATCHi and should note be shared with your players/customers.
