If you need to get in touch with MATCHi support, you can reach us through the following channels:

Live Chat/Chat Bot

Inside the help center, click the "Help" button in the bottom right corner. You can either choose to interact with the bot to see if it can answer your question, or press "Get in touch" (appears as an option after a second or two) to chat live with us.

Our live chat is open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:00 CET, closed for lunch between 12:00-13:00

Please note that our live chat is only for venues and not for your players.

If your issue is of an urgent nature that prevents you from conducting your business, our emergency technical support is open:

Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 21:00 CET

Examples of emergencies could be issues regarding light or passage control or other business-critical situations that need to be addressed immediately, such as not being able to make bookings.

Please note that this phone number is only to be used by venue admins connected to MATCHi and should not be shared with your players/customers.
